Lorretta Bailey

Lorretta and her family are long time residents of lovely Lowville. An award winning actress, she has performed in major theatres across the country and  traveled to the  far Middle East to entertain our troops. She is renowned for her portrayal of Eponine in Les Misérables at The Royal Alex, Cinderella in Into the Woods at CanStage in Toronto, and Maria in The Sound of Music at the Citadel in Edmonton. She is passionate about the development of Canadian plays and honoured to teach the next generation of music theatre artists at St.Clair College in Windsor and Sheridan College in Oakville. Recently, she toured ‘On My Own’ with Michael Mulrooney, where she was featured in the Live and Local series at Burlington Performing Arts Centre. Lorretta is on the road with ‘Romancing the Song’  with the brilliant David Warrack and the irresistable James Gordon–Don’t miss it!
